Problems with Traditional Music Lessons Options:
Typical problems with traditional music lessons options include taking lessons at stores or studios, finding an instructor to come to your home, or trying to take lessons online. First, there are problems with each of these options. If you decide to take at a store or studio, you have to fight traffic each way, and for parents it means waiting during the lessons. Next, if you try to find an in home instructor you aren’t sure if they have the professional credentials you are looking for. Also, you don’t know if they have a background check and you are not sure how or where to conduct one. Finally, online lessons are not capable of creating custom programs to suit your needs. Also, they can not answer your questions. Subsequently, they can not make corrections which save you wasting your valuable practice time.
We Solve Those Problems:
First, we offer in home lessons for the same cost as stores or studios. No more fighting traffic or waiting during lessons. Next, we have A+ background checked instructors who pass the Amazon technician screening. Finally, we think online lessons can be a decent supplement to a lesson program. However, only a real human being can answer your questions, create custom programs, and make corrections as you go. This will save you tons of potential wasted time practicing the wrong way, or building incorrect techniques and bad habits that can take even more time to un learn. Give us a try, we got you covered!

Acoustic Guitar or Electric Guitar?
One of the first considerations will be, should you play acoustic or electric? Some songs require techniques that are particular to one or the other. Also, some songs can be played on either. In a general sense, electric and acoustic guitars are very related. However, as you get more into it, you will see there is a fair amount of differences in the approach. Styles like classical, folk, country, bluegrass for example are best suited to acoustic. In addition, styles like hard rock, heavy metal, punk and other related genres, are best suited to electric. Finally, for many people the cost is a big factor. Electric guitars require an amplifier (amp) while acoustic guitars do not. Therefore you will end up spending more money for an electric most likely. You can also ask your guitar teacher for advice. If you dont have a guitar teacher, we invite you to sign up!
Your Guitar and Its Care
When you are not playing your guitar, store it in its case. Place the case in a closet for safe-keeping. Avoid leaving you guitar in places where there will be sudden humidity or temperature changes. Avoid placing your guitar near a radiator, heating outlet, air conditioner, humidifier, and window or in direct sunlight. Extreme dryness and heat can cause splitting of the wood or, at the least, cracking. Extreme cold and dampness can make the guitar’s glues soften. When playing for an outside event, never lay your guitar on the ground. The morning or evening dew can harm the guitar, so put it right back in the case as soon as your playing is finished.
